About the Role

OneCare Media is looking for our first Office Manager to join our rapidly growing team! The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all employees to ensure organization effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager will be instrumental ensuring both our Seattle-based employees and remote employees are taken care of. 

We are looking for an energetic professional who is willing to wear multiple hats. We are looking for someone who can be organized,work independently in a variety of situations and has excellent judgment. 

Our Office Manager will be instrumental in executing on our established return-to-office COVID protocols. This individual will be based out of our Seattle office starting Summer 2021. This position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner. 

What You'll Do

  • Work with employees’ needs in regard to office management related tasks--office supplies, equipment, and travel arrangements 
  • Coordinate and arrange visitor access & deliveries to the office 
  • make recommendations for COVID-19 policies based on internal and external research and evaluations
  • Implement & execute established COVID policies procedures in the office and enforce compliance with set policies & procedures; 
  • Ensure office cleanliness standards and ensure correct equipment is ready for all new hires 
  • Work with facility management and vendors, including cleaning, catering, and other security services 
  • Plan and execute onsite or virtual activities including happy hours, conferences, etc. 
  • Will help with planning short and long-term office lease decisions with management 
  • Will interpret and apply the policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook, as necessary; 
  • Will propose amendments to the Employee Handbook as needed  
  • Responsible for independently negotiating and establishing vendor contracts related to office administration up to 5K: office supply vendor, kitchen supply vendor, technology equipment vendor, office furniture vendor; make recommendations for new vendors, as sees fit 
  • Assist with recruiting coordination as needed 

What We Are Looking For

  • Someone with a proven record of excellent judgment 
  • Experience with G-suite: email, google drive, forms, etc. 
  • Someone with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proven success as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
