OneCare Media is a high-growth, Seattle-based startup that is building the next generation of health media.  Our digital brands provide best-in-class services that bridge the gap between information and action across a variety of industries, including sleep, telehealth, and at-home testing.

We are in the early stages of what we can achieve, and are looking for a talented self-starter in this Finance Manager role.

About the Role

As an early member on the Finance team, you will be integral in defining and scaling our finance processes.  Working across the entire organization, you will have a unique opportunity to develop insights that meaningfully impact our business.  You will own everything from FP&A to strategic finance and M&A in this dynamic role.  The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses strong analytical skills, a well-rounded understanding of financial statements, and enjoys solving complex business problems.

This position reports to OneCare’s Chief Operating Officer, and will be based out of Seattle.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop OneCare’s annual financial plan and forecasts, including revenue, opex, and cash flow forecasts
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and performance trends to highlight areas of opportunity
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses & scenario modeling to aid in decision making, strategic planning, and M&A
  • Prepare quarterly materials for management and Board meetings
  • Analyze variances to plan and forecast, provide insight on trends, and identify areas of risk and opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of finance experience.  Investment banking experience required
  • Start-up experience is a plus!
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including building 3-statement financial models and analyzing large datasets
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks or Netsuite.  Experience with BI Tools (i.e., Tableau) a plus
  • Analytical and strategic mindset - ability to leverage data to make key decisions
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships across all teams, and to work collaboratively and independently
  • Working understanding of U.S. GAAP
