Chief Growth Officer

OneCare Media is a high-growth, Seattle-based startup that is building the next generation of health media.  Our digital brands provide best-in-class services that bridge the gap between information and action across a variety of industries, including sleep, telehealth, and at-home testing.

We are in the early stages of what we can achieve and are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to drive meaningful change in the business.  This role will be based in Seattle and report directly to the CEO.

About the Role

As the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive non-organic traffic growth, develop our portfolio’s brand presence and establish lifecycle marketing initiatives that provide ongoing, long-term value for millions of customers each month. You will define the strategies and tactics to meet the needs of customers and partner across many teams in the organization to build and execute a roadmap of solutions. We'll count on you to independently lead discovery, alignment, execution and creating a system to repeat across all our digital brands and verticals.  

The ideal candidate rolls up their sleeves and gets their hands dirty, as they find new, innovative ways to understand our users and their preferences to make strategic business decisions.  You embrace a data-driven approach to finding insights and understand how to transform high-level concepts into action. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop new customer acquisition programs with a focus on innovative paid media channel strategies and lifecycle marketing programs
  • Develop strategy and execution of newsletter, social media and identity marketing programming across brands and verticals
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, BizDev, Data, and Technology teams to transform your ideas into results 
  • Establish KPIs for the department and aggressively optimize performance to grow users, improve engagement, revenue, and other business-impactful metrics
  • Identify resource needs  and eventually build out a support team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that deepens connections with users and adds more value to their lives long-term

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably focused on consumer brand management and acquisition marketing; ideally including a mix of agency, brand and startup environments
  • Demonstrated track record of transforming social media and newsletters into strategic, brand and revenue-generating channels
  • Experience working cross-functionally to influence change; team player with high emotional intelligence and able to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Paid marketing expert with demonstrated experience unlocking and scaling marketing channels 
  • Data-driven decision maker with ability to communicate complex information effectively to all stakeholders
  • A willingness to get your hands dirty -- you enjoy a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment with lots of ambiguity & new challenges
