The Role
You’ll help define and execute the next generation of OneCare Media’s e-commerce business and product strategy in our emerging brands vertical, with a strong focus on Sleep Apnea, CPAP Products, and Home Sleep Tests. You will have a unique blend of marketing and technical savvy, a big picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will leverage your strategic thinking while bringing your practical, hands-on ability to convert ideas into achieving business goals and product plans. You will be responsible for developing innovative approaches to increasing conversion and AOV as well as driving significant LTV (lifetime value).
What You’ll Do
- Leverages the use of website and Content Management System (Shopify+) analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways and to improve marketing ROI.
- Fully own inventory ordering and forecasting across multiple manufacturers. This includes managing inventory buys, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities to accelerate our turns, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of add-on solutions to improve ecommerce experience or operational efficiency (e.g. subscriptions, bundles).
- Perform in-depth analysis, provide recommendations, to internal teams and executives on campaign ROI, channel growth, customer engagement, ecommerce operations, and other key performance metrics.
- Develop performance media plans to maximize impact on website traffic, ROI and revenue for both online and store businesses with bi-monthly/seasonal refreshes.
- Continuously test new digital opportunities with current and potential partners.
- Tracks and reports on ROI (by channel) daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Partners with marketing, development, operations and customer service to effectively execute campaigns or to add new product categories to the site.
- Owns analysis and reporting of customer experience across platform including NPS and contributing factors. Should be reported with improvement action items on monthly basis.
- Assist in developing performance media plans to maximize impact on website traffic, ROI and revenue for both online and store businesses.
Who You Are
- You have a deep understanding of Shopify+ and a sharp and technical eye to support CRO (conversion rate optimization) and website optimization.
- Embodies a ‘Growth Mindset’ and drive a culture of testing, learning and innovating across all areas
- Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment; can multi-task and pivot with relative ease as priorities change
- You are interested in the Health and Wellness space, particularly sleep.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in leading all facets of an e-commerce business, including experience in B2C and Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products.

Compensation Range
$145,000 - $165,000. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.
This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. The target bonus opportunity is 15% of the base salary.
The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 99% to 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
