About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will make and receive follow-up calls to and from medical equipment customers. You will make and receive calls from new or existing customers with a goal to provide new durable medical equipment, home sleep tests, and resupply of medical equipment products. Candidates must have experience providing customer service via phone and email, strong attention to detail and the ability to utilize multiple computer applications while providing best in class customer service. A successful candidate must be able to convey information to customers in a clear and concise manner and be able to navigate simple software programs.
