We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented problem-solver who is capable of operating independently at both strategic and tactical levels to deliver high quality results.
This position will report to our CFO and sits in Seattle, Washington.
About the Role
As Project Management Office (PMO) Director, you will drive alignment and visibility across the organization to ensure successful execution against strategic projects & roadmaps. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who is passionate about building detailed plans, identifying dependencies & risks to execution, and problem solving to meet our objectives. This individual contributor role will be extremely hands-on and involved in daily operations, however they must also be adept at zooming out to think strategically.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with executive leadership to create corporate-wide strategic roadmaps and individual project plans
- Support the buildout of our emerging DTC business unit
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Identify risks to execution and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes to scope, timelines, or budget
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management, including preparing board-level presentations
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and readily accessible
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices to improve project delivery processes and outcomes
- Be a Monday.com advocate, driving adoption and usage of the platform across the company
Who You Are
- A scrappy, data-driven problem-solver with proven project management skills employing a variety of methodologies
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in digital media and ecommerce business, preferably in the DTC space, a major plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong ability to lead and influence others at all levels

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $160,000. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.
This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. The target bonus opportunity is 15% of the base salary.
The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 99% to 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary.
You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
