As President of OneCare, Bill spends much of his time building relationships with brand partners of the products and services tested by OneCare, as well as M&A strategy. Bill got started in sleep in 2015, designing and marketing a direct to consumer mattress, and evolved into a sleep product review destination. Prior to OneCare, Bill co-founded Text Link Ads, which was acquired by private equity firm, Lake Capital, in 2007. Bill graduated from Xavier University where he captained the baseball team.
As the Chief Marketing Officer at OneCare, Keith oversees all marketing efforts and helps define content and product strategy. Keith dove into the world of sleep in 2015, along with Bill, and has a developed deep knowledge of product and materials science that informs OneCare’s testing procedures. Before OneCare, Keith spent over a decade in digital marketing roles at high-growth B2C startups and most recently served as Director of Marketing at HigherEducation.com. Keith graduated from Whitman College with a BA in Economics.
As Chief Digital Officer at OneCare, Rafael is responsible for developing best-in-class, consumer-centric products, services and information online. With 20 years of digital experience, Rafael has spent his career with advertising and consumer technology companies, including Jingle Networks (acquired by Marchex) and most recently served as the Chief Content Officer at HigherEducation.com (acquired in 2019 by Red Ventures). Rafael graduated from University of California, Davis with majors in Political Science and Sociology.
Kristina is the Chief Financial Officer at OneCare, where she oversees financial planning & analysis, business analytics, and operational strategy. Prior to OneCare, Kristina spent a decade in finance and strategy roles at high-growth consumer startups, including HigherEducation.com (acquired by Red Ventures) and Stitch Fix (IPO in 2017). Kristina graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Managerial Studies & Sociology.
As VP of Product & User Experience at OneCare, Ye-San advocates for users by creating the best experiences for those seeking to better their health. Ye-San built his career at consultancies, startups, and large corporations such as Microsoft and Amazon. Ye-San graduated from Whitman College with degrees in Economics and Asian Studies.
At OneCare, Mitch is responsible for all of technology and technical decisions that support the organization and functional operations teams such as marketing, finance, and sales. In the last 10 years, he has led large and small product, engineering, and technical teams to immense success including at HigherEducation.com and PROS (NYSE: PRO). Mitch graduated from University of Houston with a B.A. in Business Management.
Eric Rasch is the Vice President of Software Development at OneCare, combining technical expertise with a genuine care for the people whose work he helps make possible. Prior to joining OneCare, Eric led the Front-end Developer and UX/Design teams at HigherEducation (acquired by Red Ventures in 2019). He lives in Texas with his wife, Elizabeth, and their 3 daughters whom he's currently instilling his love for retro 80's video games.
David is a strategic advisor to sleep technology companies and organizations. For 13 years he served as the National Sleep Foundation CEO developing its award-winning websites, guidelines (e.g. sleep duration recommendations) as well as the introduction of sleep technology and testing standards. Prior to NSF, Mr. Cloud owned a private company in Boston that served academic surgical associations. A Chicago native where he earned his MBA, he began his career with the American Medical Association engaged in strategic planning and advocacy.
Jackson oversees growth and communications as the Director of Marketing at OneCare, working between the product and content teams to amplify our voice to users. He has years of experience in the digital space for consumer-first companies, including Zillow and Full Beaker. Jackson is a University of Puget Sound alum, with degrees in History and Psychology.
Nicole oversees content production and editorial strategy as the Director of Content at OneCare, working closely with marketing and strategy to realize the best end result for users. She’s worked in content management for eight years, most recently at HigherEducation.com (acquired by Red Ventures in 2019). She graduated from Whitman College with a B.A. in English in 2009.
Colin Simpson is the Director of Video Production at OneCare, overseeing the development and production of video content. Prior to working at OneCare he was a senior video producer for Collibra, a data governance company based in New York. Colin is a fifth-generation Washingtonian happy to be back in his native Pacific Northwest after 10 years on the east coast. He lives in Ballard with his lovely partner, Eva, and their tuxedo cat Rosie. His favorite pastimes include relaxation and leisure.
Sam oversees Business Analytics and Operational Strategy as the Director of Business Operations, managing data-driven strategy and execution across all key business functions. Prior to joining OneCare, Sam has led Business Operations teams at SaaS (Homebase) and high-growth consumer startups (HigherEducation acquired by Red Ventures in 2019) . Sam graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Economics / Kinesiology.
Abby is the Head of Accounts at OneCare, building and managing brand relationships and ensuring smooth partnerships. Abby moved to Chicago in 2012 to start a career in affiliate marketing, working at one of the top affiliate marketing platforms for almost 8 years. She graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Business Management and played on the volleyball team.
As Associate Director of Lab Tests Online at OneCare, Ellen oversees the scientific content of this educational health website and strategizes on ways to promote the continued growth of this resource. Prior to joining OneCare, Ellen spent close to 20 years working on the Lab Tests Online global program with the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Boston University and lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
As the Editor-in-Chief at OneCare, Elise is responsible for editorial strategy and developing best-in-class content in conjunction with our knowledgeable content production teams. With 15+ years of experience in the world of medical communications and advertising, most recently with the large-scale agencies Saatchi and McCann, she is well versed in delivering easy-to-digest, rigorously researched content to a wide variety of audiences. Elise graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Biology.
Katie is a Senior Editor at OneCare, developing and maintaining evidence-based, patient-centered web content on medical laboratory testing. Katie first got involved with patient education more than 14 years ago as an editor for an award-winning website dedicated to informing the public about laboratory testing. Originally launched by AACC, a global scientific and medical professional organization, the site reached over two million visitors a month. Initially trained as a laboratory professional, Katie has extensive experience in laboratory testing and working in various medical laboratories. She holds a degree in Microbiology from San Diego State University and is a board-certified Medical Laboratory Scientist.
Jeremy is a Operations Manager at OneCare, managing content production across multiple sites. He has tested and analysed almost every sleep product on the market, and is responsible for a wealth of information published across our web properties. In the fields of sleep and content management, Jeremy is nothing less than a savant. Originally from Oakland, CA, Jeremy studied Sociology and Music at the University of Puget Sound. He currently lives in the great city of Seattle, WA.
Logan Foley is a Senior Marketing Strategist, where she manages content strategy and editorial standards across our web properties. Before joining the team at OneCare, she worked at digital marketing startups including HigherEducation.com and TireBuyer.com. Logan graduated from Boise State University with a B.A. in Business Management and Washington State University with an MBA in Marketing. She currently lives in Reno, Nevada with her partner and puppy.

Evan graduated from ITT Tech with an Associates in Software Application Development.

Prior to OneCare, Peter spent several years working in digital marketing for large private companies, a handful of startups, and a marketing agency. Peter is a Washington state native who graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Business.
As Managing Editor at OneCare, Lauren writes, edits, and publishes content across our web properties. Prior to joining OneCare, she worked on the editorial team at HigherEducation.com. She also previously taught English abroad, both as a private tutor and in university settings. Lauren graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Linguistics and minors in Russian and French.
Danny is a Content Manager who shines as a product and topic expert, shedding light on complex subjects in an accessible way. He has personally tested hundreds of sleep products and draws from a wealth of experience. Danny spent his time before OneCare researching and writing commercial and non-commercial content, primarily in the world of sleep. Danny graduated from the University of Puget Sound, where he studied neuroscience and human development from a psychological perspective.
As an Editor at OneCare, Meredith writes and edits content across our web properties. She implements input from expert medical reviewers and brings the relationship between sleep and health to the forefront of OneCare Media content. Prior to OneCare, she worked as a writer and content creator for several small businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Meredith graduated from Earlham College, where she studied Peace and Global Studies with an environmental focus.
As an Editor, Tom develops editorial standards and practices for our team of editors and writers. He brings to OneCare over ten years of copywriting and editorial experience across sectors such as technology, healthcare, education, and consulting. He also teaches courses in both writing and philosophy at colleges in the Seattle area. Originally from the Midwest, Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Religious Studies at the University of Denver.
Haley is the Freelance Manager for OneCare. Prior to joining OneCare, Haley spent five years working in Higher Education as a Resident Director and Professor of Communication. She brings experience in recruiting, hiring, and training with an emphasis on interpersonal communication. While Haley grew up in Southern California, she received a B.A. in Speech Communication from Whitworth University (Spokane, WA) and a M.A. in Higher Education from Taylor University (Upland, IN) before making beautiful Seattle her home.
As a Content Analyst, Delaney serves as an architect to create compelling health content that resonates with readers. Prior to joining the OneCare team, Delaney managed communications and capacity-building projects in sub-Saharan Africa and the Indo-Pacific at BIO Ventures for Global Health. Delaney has broad experience in healthcare and communications and has previously written for The Japan Times, The Biden Cancer Initiative, and STAT. She attended the University of Washington Honors College and Waseda University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a certificate in International Security.
Alexa is an Editor and upholds OneCare’s commitment to providing accurate and comprehensive health content. She brings years of health communications and writing experience to the role, previously working at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center as an information specialist and science writer for the National Cancer Institute. Alexa holds a professional technical writing certificate from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University. She lives in Seattle with her cat, Bishop.
Christina will serve as the Accountant for OneCare working alongside the CFO on financial reporting and improving overall general accounting functions. Since graduating from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Accounting, she has worked with successful start-up organizations from various industry sectors most recently at HigherEducation.com (acquired by Red Ventures in 2019). She resides in Houston, TX with two daughters who keep her feeling young.
Shannon is a CMA and is the operations manager for Health Testing Centers. She oversees the day to day operations as well as the Sales and Customer Services team. Since the age of 15, she has always wanted to be in the healthcare field in some capacity. Starting off as a Lifeguard for the City of Cleveland to EMT-B certification and then finding her calling as a Medical Assistant in 2006. Once she obtained her CMA, she started out in an Internal Medicine physicians office and then transitioned to the Cleveland Clinic Hospital system to help establish a new specialty Diabetes Center at Lakewood Hospital. Shannon moved to Florida in 2008 and continued to work at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in South Florida. After working in different physicians offices with various scopes of practice, she started at Health Testing Centers in 2012.
Jenny has been a phlebotomist and customer support specialist with the Health Testing Centers team for the past 6 years. Jenny was born and raised in Miami, FL. As a child, she used to watch her mother work as a CNA nurse. Seeing her mother taking care of people in need was when Jenny knew she wanted to join the healthcare field. Before joining HTC, Jenny worked in a hospital setting & private laboratories. Jenny enjoys the outdoors, biking and being a new mother.
Autumn has been a phlebotomist and customer support specialist with the Health Testing Centers team for the past 5 years. Autumn is originally from Michigan but her family moved to Florida when she was 3 years old. Prior to her joining the HTC team, Autumn worked as a call center customer support agent and also as a phlebotomist with Life Extension for 7 years. She enjoys helping customers take charge of their health and save money. Autumn also has a degree in baking and pastry arts so she is constantly baking when she is not working.
Nick is a customer support specialist with the Health Testing Centers team. He is a fascinating individual that has an eye for detail. Because of that detail, Nick has worked in various lab environments such as the color and standards lab for Sherwin Williams Cleveland Technical Center and then working with and performing quality control on the production of prototype Lithium Ion Polymer batteries at Gould Electronics and NTK Powerdex. He is an Ohio native that moved to South Florida in 2008 searching for a better and less cold life. After 7 years of working as a call center customer service representative for Life Extension, Nick wanted to venture out and work for himself as an all around handyman. He then joined Health Testing Centers in 2020 as a temp employee to help with coverage while another employee was on maternity leave. He is a proud new member of the OneCare and HTC team.
Karen is a LPN and is a sales associate with the Health Testing Centers team. She has been a LPN since 1988, working in a hospital until 2008. After she left the hospital setting, she started with a new startup company LabSafe.com in 2008. There she helped design test packages, write medical protocols, and worked directly with MD's on lab results. Karen was also responsible for setting up new accounts and managed the LabCorp accounts while at LabSafe. In 2010, Karen started with Health Testing Centers and managed the LabCorp account and assisted in creating new test panels. As of 2016, Karen has taken on the role of the sales associate and provides medical resources for the HTC customer service team. Karen currently resides in beautiful South Florida.
